4-Point Inspection

A 4-Point Inspection is a focused evaluation of four major
systems of an existing home: roofing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. These systems are reviewed for their age, condition, installation, and readily observable concerns that may
affect the property’s insurability.
Our inspection provides clear documentation of the home’s current condition and applicable features for insurance review. You’ll receive a detailed report with photos and findings, giving you the information needed to address potential concerns and provide the appropriate documentation to your insurance company.
This inspection focuses on:
Important: Insurance eligibility and any available discounts are determined by the insurance carrier, not by the inspector itself.

The inspection results are documented on the appropriate Florida wind mitigation form, along with supporting information and photographs as applicable. This documentation can be provided to your insurance company for review and may help you qualify for available wind mitigation credits or discounts. Any eligibility and discount amount are determined by your insurance carrier.
